Air Poppet Valves are designed to break the vacuum that is created when moulding thin-walled or deep-drawn parts, such as pots, trays and containers. Air flow, timed to coincide with the ejection cycle, opens the valve to break the vacuum and facilitate part ejection.
They are precision ground to prevent flash from entering the assembly during injection and manufactured from stainless steel.
