So that Mouldshop can deliver the highest standard or service we have made it possible for all orders to be tracked. It is important to us that you know when your delivery will be with you so you don’t miss it and get your good as and when you need them.
Once our courier has collected your parcel from us you will receive an email confirming this. In this email you will be given a parcel number. With this parcel number you will then be able to log into our couriers tracking service by clicking here, and entering your details.
On the morning of delivery you will receive a second email that will inform you of your delivery slot. The slots are usually a period of an hour.
If for some reason you do not receive these emails you can always contact us, and we will be able to provide you with your parcel number and you can track your parcel on our couriers website by clicking here.
Please note that if a parcel has been collected on your behalf we cannot provide you with these details.
