Important Information


1. Payment
Prices may be displayed on-line and payment may be accepted in either Sterling (GBP) or EUROS. reserve the right to vary the GBP:EURO exchange rate from time to time to accommodate exchange rate fluctuations – the exchange rate is based upon the quoted exchange rate at Barclays plc. For UK Customers prices shown are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Overseas customers will not be charged tax; this liability will be the responsibility of the customer at point of import. Companies that are located in a member state of the European Union that are requested to submit their national tax registration number so that records may be created for Intrastat purposes.

2. Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail detailing your purchase and advising delivery.
3. Delivery aims to deliver 90% of the goods listed on-line within three days from order confirmation notice. reserve the right to deliver the goods within 28 days. Over this time will notify you and arrange a suitable delivery date with you. If a date cannot be agreed upon will offer you a credit on the goods or a refund. Hazardous goods will not be transported by air and therefore delivery of hazardous goods will be subject to road transportation and delivery times will be advised with each purchase. A surcharge may be applicable for delivery of such products. Our preferred courier will be responsible for delivery of your goods. It is policy to advise privilege cardholder customer’s customers of the associated consignment number in order for the delivery status to be checked by the customer. 4. Delayed Shipment
When goods are ready for delivery, but delivery is delayed with's consent at the Customer's request, payment shall become due as if delivery had been made when the goods are so ready.
5. Your right to cancel guarantees to refund the cost of any item bought online that is not required, provided it is returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, in its original packaging and condition. To ensure safe transit the item should be wrapped in the original delivery box or one of equivalent quality. The refund will occur on the credit or debit card that was originally used to complete the transaction. Items cannot be refunded until they have been received at the address below. Alternatively, items that are not required may be returned to our offices within 7 days from the date of delivery. will only refund your delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (for example, faulty goods or an incorrect item delivered). This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Returns and Cancellations
If, for any reason, you no longer require a Product that you bought from, please return the Product with a copy of the delivery note. The Product and the delivery note should be posted to Mouldshop at the address below. The Products should be in a condition that they can be immediately available for re-sale. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition and to ensure safe transit they should be wrapped in the original delivery box or one of equivalent quality. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If the Product is returned within 14 Days and Subject to the Products being in a satisfactory condition a full refund will be made. Where products are returned after this 14-Day period reserve the right to levy a handling charge. 7.
