The TTW-610 Ultrasonic Welder & Polisher is a revolutionary "game changer" for mould repairing using a method we call 'deposit welding' it works using both ultrasonic vibrations as well as low-frequency vibrations, which enables it to effectively grind/polish excess material away using diamond files, polishing sticks etc.
The machine can also be used as a hand-held EDM machine and in this function can both remove excess material as well as make the surface appear sparked.
The unit has the capability to coat with tungsten/tungsten in a very large thickness without sink and fix dents on corners and edges easily, all of this can be done with the mould still in situ on the machine in many instances as there is practically no heat build up.
