The ionising air knife is normally mounted over the mould and the ionised air is blown over the mould face as they are ejected from the mould.
The laminar sheet of air sweeps the mould surface clean of static, dust and dirt leading to vast improvements of part ejection, production speeds, product quality, scrapped parts and surface cleanliness
Exair Air Knives only require a compressed air connection to work.
All items are manufactured with BSP threads or have a suitable adapter provided.
