Mark 'The Seagull'

Flies in, makes a noise, craps on everyone & leaves.  As the Gaffa (notoriously difficult to work with) he comes up with all the brilliant ideas and we do all the leg  work. Mark claims he spends most of his time as a taxi for his four kids, maybe he should have bought a TV earlier.

Karen 'Mrs O (Aggro)'

Always knows what's going on, has eyes in the back of her head and is always ready for combat.  Calling herself 'The Janitor' she covers all of the crap jobs that no-one else wants to do, joys of being in charge.  Mrs O loves to travel and see relics reminds her of her childhood 😉

Matt O 'Ninja'

The silent assasin, we don't see or hear him but he always seems to pop up where we're least expecting him. Keeping a roving eye on the team to ensure best behaviour, he's not a bad manager. Matt loves DIY and is very proud of the home improvements he's done, we're not so sure 😉

Matt B 'Secret Agent'

We never know where he is or what he's up to either! Mr Bond is in the midst of a mid-life crisis, he's joined a gym and spends his weekends watching rugby, wishing he was younger.  Matt prowls the Midlands promoting our wares with his cheesy smile and packets of biscuits.

Liam 'Techno'

Difficult technical queries are his favourite thing to do, he loves the challenge of sourcing bizzare enquiries too, who on earth wants 5 x 20L of Vaseline we hear him cry shaking his head in disbelief. Liam has very recently become a 'daddy' and now spends all of his time trying to get some sleep.

Lizzie 'Dancing Queen'

The first to say 'lets go pub' this little lady likes nothing better than to hit the dance floor on a night out and drags everyone with her. Lizzie has a family and loves spending time with her young son. Back on the sales lines after maternity she's only a phone call away

Jess 'The Unicorn'

A magical mystical creature that brings colour to our lives, it's the bloomin glitter everywhere we're fed up with.  She loves K-Pop and spends her free time playing retro games. Jess loves piercings and we are always very careful to keep her away from the hopper magnets.

Steve 'Sparky'

Never ceasing to shock us daily with his antics, Steve is a family man, a qualified electrician and a keen war gamer. Responsible for purchasing he keeps our stocks up and costs down (or is it the other way round)

Tracy 'The Countess'

An honorific title for services rendered, need we say more.  Tracy is our longest standing member of the staff and controls all the pennies, but be warned, she's not much of a lady if you don't pay up! An outdoor girl at heart with many hobbies and a love of animals large and small.

Tony 'The Boxer'

No pulling punches with this guy, if you want an honest opinion (or not) you're gonna get it! An avid supporter of his lads sports Tony spends many a day at the side of a cricket or rugby pitch. An experienced and expert packer of boxes of all types 😉

Niall 'ASBO'

No other reason for his nickname other than he looks as if he should have an ASBO, Niall loves music and sings in a band, we don't know what he sings as we don't understand a word he says. With a good attitiude and a sense of humour he works his way through daily despatches effortlessly (with no effort 😉)
